A: We work with Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, and most other major PMS systems. If you use something different, let us know—we’re flexible.

Q: How do you access our PMS?
A: We use a program called Screen Connect that allows us to directly remote onto a dedicated computer in your office. This keeps everything secure and streamlined.

Q: Can you customize the format of the breakdowns?
A: Absolutely. Every office has its own way of organizing information. We can adapt to your preferences so your team can quickly find what they need.

Q: Do you offer ongoing verification or just one-time support?
A: Both! We can provide ongoing daily/weekly verification for your whole patient schedule, or help with one-time overflow support when your team is behind.

Q: Do you handle pre-authorizations?
A: Yes, we can submit and follow up on pre-authorizations as part of our service package.
